When I decided to update all of my business information and build my new brand, I had to start thinking ahead.  In fact the camera I got was very new, it had just came out a couple months before me purchasing, which can be intimidating when there’s still not alot of information out there on how to use it.  When I had to choose a website, I needed to pick one that was beneficial for me and to also not break the bank.  So when it came down to how I would hand over my clients images, things had definitely changed since 10 years ago when I first started my business.

Alot of photographers give their images over in so many different ways.  Some still print them off, some use CD’s, some use flash cards, USB sticks, clouds and simple email.  When I started to take classes online I asked the group this exact question, because I wanted to be “with the times”.  Alot of them said that CD’s are old news (which I was using) and now they are on USB sticks because computers simply arnt made with CD inserts anymore.  Then some started saying that USB is the old news and online downloadable gallery is the way to go.  After doing my research I saw that there were a few options to use and I decided on using the online gallery for me and my clients.

The reason why I chose to use the online gallery for my business is because I will be leaving your pictures on this gallery for a certain amount of months depending on which package you get, but also its easy access.  I know that I have thrown a CD of my pictures in a drawer, but 99% of the time we are on some internet device that we can just go to our gallery, download and send them straight to Sam’s or Wal-mart and get them printed.  Also you have the option of buying from my online store if you choose.  If you know your time is about to expire, you can download them to any and all devices if you like.  With this gallery, you can also send the link to friends and family for them to have.  If one of your family members wants to get you a canvas for a birthday or Christmas, they can.  I also offer a private gallery in case you don’t want other people to see it.
