Joyful Memories Photography loves the fact that we don’t have you put down a retainer fee or pay for a percentage of your session before hand to secure your spot (unless wedding packages).  We make sure your time and money is important because we know what its like to invest in something and take time away from everyday life to capture those special moments, that’s why we offer you to pick the package that best fits your time and finances.  Just like we respect your time and money, we also expect the same.

We have a busy schedule between our business, school, personal life, and other jobs.  When we book a session, we make sure it doesn’t interfere with anything we have going on and also is the best time for yall.  We totally understand that life happens and things come up, so we do allow 1 (free) reschedule.  We don’t count bad weather or if something happens with us on our end.  If there is more than 1 reschedule we will charge a $25.00 fee on top of the actual session.  This is because there are spots that we turn down for others to set aside just for you and when those get cancelled, we can lose business.

We may in the future need to do a retainer fee, but we are going to prolong that process as long as can!  If we get to a point where business is starting to over-lap then we may have too.
