Angelica is such a sweetheart and a Survivor!  Her daughter Daisy saw the Stay Strong ad and entered her mom! I am going to put exactly what Daisy said when she wrote me

I saw that you are giving away sessions to cancer patients. My mom is current on her last week of radiation. She was diagnosed with triple negative stage 3 breast cancer in December. She had a severe panic attack and we took her into the er to get checked up. That was when they found it. If we hadn’t had to take her in there is no way they would have found it in time. The Drs said she had one of the most aggressive types. She has since gone through 16 weeks of chemotherapy and a double mastectomy. Now on Wednesday she will finish 6 weeks of radiation. After surgery the pathology result came back cancer free. She is in full remission! Her birthday is on September 28th and on the 29th we are throwing her a surprise birthday/cancer free party. My mom is the strongest person I’ve ever met. I know a session would help make her feel good about herself especially now that her hair is growing back. Please let me know if you’d like to photograph her. It would be an amazing surprise for her.

Daisy said it better than I ever could. When I met Angelica I could tell that she was a very strong, but gentle woman.  She had so much style and rocked the picture session.

One of Angelica’s favorite memory’s is when the entire family was able to gather for the surprise party. This cancer survivor is a hard working mother who dedicated her life to raising her three children.  You can see it on her face that she loves her children and will fight to be here to watch them grow.  A religious speaker told Angelica “Cancer will only be in your body a short time. You will be a testimony for many people of what God can do.What I am telling you now will be confirmed to you by God himself”.  She was certain that she would be saved. With God all things are possible. 

When you are going through a fight of your life or even if you are on the mountain top, I agree with Angelica and that speaker.  Depending on God and trusting Him that He can heal you and He can use it for His glory is a beautiful thing.  Angelica has a testimony through this trial and now she can help others and she wants you to know that trusting in God is the best thing you can do!  Have faith and trust in Him, all things are possible with God.
