Meet Jacquelyn!  Her story has her and her twin sister apart of it.  Jacquelyn was diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast cancer back in 2001 and was cancer free for 7 years.  In 2008 she was diagnosed the second time Stage 2 Breast cancer and since then have been cancer free!!

Since there was a history of breast cancer, she was always serious about exams.  Sometimes Doctors don’t get too worried, so anytime something felt different she was in that office and each time is was cancer.

The first time was in 2001 and she didn’t have to have any chemo and her lymph nodes were clean.  Her second time there was cancer in the lymph nodes, so Jacquelyn had 8 treatments every other week of chemo.  Each time she had cancer she had a breast removed and the last time she had reconstructive surgery, and that surgery was a lot harder than she thought. After the reconstructive surgery, she realized that it may not have been best.

Jacquelyn has 6 sisters, in which 5 out of the 7 of them have had breast cancer and chemo, including their mother.  What brings her joy is to go to Estate Sales and watch ID investigation.  Jacquelyn loves her church family and also the Daniel Family

Jacquelyn’s twin is named Gwendolyn Daniel-Brown.  She was diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast cancer back when she was 60 years old. Gwendolyn was loved by all and is missed tremendously.  She was very active in her church, loved her children and never met a stranger.

Gwen loved to talk and she could carry on a conversation with anyone she met.  She was such a strong person and everyone misses her daily.  The fight in her was so strong and everyone could see it.

These sisters are cancer survivors, except Gwendolyn and we may never know why she isn’t, but she remains a big piece of their family and is in heaven!
